Moored opposite the Rembrandt House in Centrum-Oost, this 31.75-meter vessel is ideal for couples or small groups of up to four seeking an immersive city experience. The area buzzes with historic charm and is within easy walking distance of the Nieuwmarkt, the Jewish Quarter, and the bustling streets of the old center, yet the boat provides a peaceful retreat from the crowds. Standout amenities include a private hot tub on deck, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, plus a Nespresso machine and a fully equipped kitchen for casual meals. With a private entrance and essentials like WiFi and linens, it blends hotel comfort with the character of living on the water. Centrum-Oost places you in the historic heart of Amsterdam, steps from the Rembrandt House Museum and the vibrant Nieuwmarkt square. You'll find a mix of medieval architecture, cozy brown cafes, and specialty food shops like the nearby Albert Cuypmarkt (a short tram ride away). The area is well-connected by tram and metro, but most major sights—the Red Light District, Dam Square, and the canals—are within a 15-minute walk. Expect a lively, tourist-friendly atmosphere with plenty of dining and nightlife options, yet the houseboat's position on the water offers a quiet escape from the busiest streets.
