Het appartement is gelegen in een buurt met koffietentjes, gezellige cafés en restaurants. Ook zijn er meerdere supermarkten en andere delicatessenwinkels op loopafstand van het appartement. Zo is er op steenworp afstand van het appartement een supermarkt.

De woning is goed bereikbaar. In een paar minuten bereik je de snelweg A10. En er r zijn verschillende openbaar vervoer mogelijkheden in de omgeving.
