The Nieuwendammerdijk is located in the North of Amsterdam. The dike is peacefull and quiet. The beautiful city-center of Amsterdam just 15 minutes away (1 metro stop). However, the north of Amsterdam itself also has a lot to offer as well. For example, the Hamerkwartier and the NDSM-werf have a vibrant dinner and nightlife, there are various nature reserves within walking and cycling distance and there are many sports options for sports enthusiasts (from golf to bouldering).

Furthermore, the house is a nice base for places outside Amsterdam, especially by bike, such as the beautiful Waterland, the beach and 't Twiske.
