Full Family House in Amsterdam North/Free parking

I am an editor-in-chief working for a television production company and I live with my two kids in a modern family home of 120 square meters in a lovely child friendly neighborhood. The house has a livingroom, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a washingroom and a large garden. In front of the house you can park two cars on private property and the metro is just 8 minutes away.

I ONLY RENT THE HOUSE TO FAMILIES.

The space
On the ground floor you'll find the living room with open kitchen, hall en toilet. Stairs will bring you to the first floor with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. And on the second floor you'll find another spacious bedroom, a washing room and working space.
In the living room on the ground floor the is a large relaxing sofa, a tablel and a dining table with six seats.
There is a television with Netflix as well.

We live in a quite street in a child friendly and neighbourhood. Young families with kids make up mist of our neighbourhood. A shopping centre is a ten minutes walk away. From our home you can explore Amsterdam (only 5 minutes by metro) and the great Dutch countryside (Nature-reserve Waterland, the lakes at Twiske, Volendam, Edam, Zaanse Schans, etc).

Their are many places to play (out & indoors) or to swim nearby: an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, citybeach Blijburg, the beaches at Twiske. There is a petty farm next to a windmill (500m away) as well.

And there is beautiful Amsterdam of course with it's canals, restaurants, bars and museum (Rijksmuseum, Stedelijk museum, Van Gogh museum, Hermitage, Anne Frank House, etc)
