Familyhouse with terrace & garden in Amsterdam

This cozy family residence is ideal for a young family to relax and enjoy. The house is surrounded by lots of greenery, a playground and typical Amsterdam view of the canal. The large sliding door makes a nice connection between indoors and outdoors. Outside on the terrace or at the picknick table there is plenty of space to relax and have diner with each other. Within 15 minutes you are in the city center but you can also enjoy local sights and restaurants, within walking distance!

The space
De living room is located on the ground floor. A beautiful open space with a kitchen island, sitting area and table to enjoy your meals. We have 3 high chairs for kids. Of course you can also sit outside and use the picknick table. Next to the kitchen there is also a playroom especially for kids, with for example craft supplies, a doll house, games and many other toys. Our house is located on the Westlandgracht where many people enjoy recreation, swimming, canoeing and boating in the summer. Hoofddorpplein is within walking distance and has many nice shops, cozy coffee bars and nice restaurants. Several supermarkets are also within walking distance. The city center can be reached within 15 minutes by bike ore public transport. The famous Vondelpark is a 5 minute bike ride or a 15 minute walk away.
