Familyhome with cat +free parkingspace A’dam North

*we rent to familys only* The house is situated in Amsterdam Noord, the fam friendly and calm part of A'dam with many places to go. The subway to the center is 10 minutes walking from the house. We have 3 adult bikes with kidsseats and 1 kidsbike for age 9/10 years old. You are free to use them, but note that they are not the newest. They will definitely bring you safe and easily to the subway. We have a own free parkingspace. Parking in the street is not free so you can use our carport.

The space
The livingroom is bright and spacious and it has a nice view at a small parc. It has a entre sol which makes the living area very light. The house is 120 m2 and has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms at the 2th floor. The bathroom is on the 1st floor and has a bath and a shower. There are 2 toilets, 1 at the ground floor and one at the 1st floor. There is a small garden at the front and 2 terraces, 1 at the back of the house and one at the front on

The neighborhood is very childfriendly with playgrounds. The Subway is very closeby.
There is a shoppingmall called Buikslotermeerplein 15 minutes walking from here, close to the Subway. There are some grocerie stores like Jumbo and Lidl.
