Family home with huge garden at the Riverside

Our spacious (175m2) light and recently renovated house (2020) offers you best of both worlds: in the middle of nature, with the river 'de Rotte' right in front of our door, with a huge garden to enjoy the sun, but still close enough to reach the city centre by bicycle (12 min) or by foot (only 25 min). Even our Rotterdam friends envy us for this perfect spot! We rent out the house when we are out traveling ourselves, so it's fully equipped with everything you need!

The space
The full house is about 175 square meters and has four rooms upstairs: one bathroom, a kids room with a double kids bed, one ‘in between room’ and an attic with a kingsize bed. The attic is open with the ‘in between room’ and bathroom.

Our living room is open with the kitchen, has a fire place in the middle and a front door and a back door that leads to the balcony which is open to the garden. At the end of our garden you will enter our ‘landje’ (little land) where we have a play

Nature and water. You'll see a lot of sports practiced here: running, biking, rowing, horse back riding. The people living here are a mix of young families and older friendly people.
