Ijburg was born more than 10 years ago and built from water and sand !! A new area with nice architecture and green spaces and very well connected by public transport to the city centre (Central Station).
The area is very family oriented with a lot of food shops at the corner.
There is a wonderful park (Diemerpark) where you can have a stroll and look at boat traffic on the Amsterdam Rijn Canal. IJburg is also close to the higway so easily to reach in 20 minutes by car from Schiphol AirPort.
