The space
Our 35-38 sqm Suites XL with separate kitchen are the ideal choice if you are looking for a suitable apartment for two and have therefore been furnished to our highest modern standards. The Suites feature a fully equipped separate kitchen, a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 m) including a modern smart TV, as well as a private modern bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower to make you feel right at home. In the living area, a very nice herringbone parquet flooring has been laid, which gives your Suite even more charm. In case of dirty laundry, you have the possibility to wash your clothes in the shared laundry room. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a stay with us in just one room.

You can reach the long & wide sandy beaches in 6 minutes by foot, the Royal Palace in 15 minutes and the Central Station in 24 minutes by bus. Restaurants, cafes and bars can be found in the immediate vicinity of our limehome. Please note: Our suites on the 1st & 2nd floor can only be reached via a narrow, quite steep staircase.
