Delightful Modern Houseboat with sunny patio

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. This enviromentaly friendly Houseboat is a new build with triple glazed windows, underfloor heating, heat pump and solar panels. It is wonderfully relaxing to sleep on the water, with swans and ducks passing by. The boat is south facing so you can enjoy sunshine on the terrace with eating area, bbq and sun loungers. You can also use our SUP boards to explore the canals.

The space
Our House Boat is very spacious, with a large lounge and kitchen. The Boat is very new, with beautiful oak floors, marble tiles in bathroom and toilet and with all new fixtures and fittings throughout. The bathroom has a sunk bath/shower which you step down into (see photos) make sure this is ok for you! The Boat has a heavy concrete base so does not sway or move much on the water.
The bedroom has a very comfortable bed and space to hang your clothes.

Our House Boat is set on a quiet canal nestled between the busy kinkerstraat which hosts lots of shops, cafes and an outdoor food market and the ever popular Hallen (the hallen is the old tram station which has been redeveloped into a beautiful building housing a cinema, library, food hall and designer shops and art galleries)
In the other direction you will find the Vondelpark which also has a few cafes, and is a lovely route to take when venturing towards the museums (Van Gogh, Stedelijk and rijks)
