This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Within walking distance of the Pijp, the Martin Luther King park (known for the Parade) and the pleasant shopping streets such as the Rijnstraat, Maasstraat and Scheldestraat with numerous boutiques, delis and eateries.
You can reach the center of Amsterdam in less then 10 minutes by bike.

Spacious entrance with lounge view, stairs to downstairs hall, first sleeping room, washing area, door to kitchen and living room. At the end of the living room is located the second sleeping room and the bathroom. Outstanding terrace with view on the Amstel

The house is easily accessible by public transport. Tram stop Amsteldijk and of course the Amstel station are very close by and in addition the ring and roads can be reached quickly by car.
