Welcome to our small room! The Cozy Room offers a 1.40 x 2.00 bed and a tiny private bathroom (toilet, shower, sink).

There is a small fridge, toaster, Dolce gusto coffeemachine, cooker & a hairdryer.

Coffee & tea are in the room, as the ingredients for a basic do it yourself breakfast.. So everything you need for a short stay in Amsterdam!

TV with Netflix & free WIFI.

Only 20 minutes to citycentre by public transport.

The space
Tiny room on the ground floor. You enter a small hall with stairs to the upper room. Then you have your door with key. The door goes to your tiny room with double bed and private small bathroom. You can come and go as you wish.

There is Wifi TV and Free Wifi.

Nice quiet and green area nearby the city centre. There is a shopping centre at 5 minutes walking which is always open and you will find a daily market with lots of fruit and vegetables. (except Monday)

In the neighbourhood it is good walking or going by bike. You will find a beautiful lake and different parks, children playground and a swimming pool.

Supermarkets Albert Heijn and Jumbo each day open until 22.00. 5 minutes walking.

WINDMILLS ZAANSE SCHANS
It is easy to visit the windmills the Zaanse Schans. You just walk to Station Sloterdijk and take a train to Koog Zaandijk. This takes you 11 minutes. Then walk another 10 minutes and you'll see the beautiful panorama of the Zaanse Schans. There is also a small village with some shops and cheesemaking.

AMSTERDAM BEACH
Visit Zandvoort by train in only 30 minutes you will be at the beach and walk along our coast. Even when it is windy this is an excelle
