Cozy house 10 min. from the centre of Rotterdam

Our home with a small garden is situated close to the city centre. It has a mix of modern and authentic elements. A place to feel at home right away. Cozy living room with lounge area, dinner table and working place. A very comfortable boxspring bed in a spacious bedroom with enough space for your luggage. And (when you have tried the restaurants within walking distance) a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare whatever you like. A bathroom with lovely shower. The toilet is separated.

The space
This is a unique place: Within walking distance shops and restaurants. With public transfer, car or bike you are in the centre of Rotterdam in a few minutes.
We do live in the house from time to time ourselves, that is why there is all you need to feel at home.
This house is available for 1 or 2 persons. There are possibilities for longer stay.

Hillegersberg-Zuid is known as Kleiwegkwartier. Begoniastraat is a side street of Kleiweg. Most part of this area is build in the twenties and thirties of the 20st century. At the East side there still are historical houses from the nineteenth century. It is a lively area of Rotterdam and yet surrounded by a lot of "green" of Melanchtonpark, Bergse lakes and Rotte river.
