Comfortable room,very close to metro,Free parking

Our house is in a green residential area in Amsterdam. It is 2 minutes walk to metro station that brings you directly to the city center within 25 minutes. Night bus also run next to the station. In 4 minutes walk you can find a small shopping center with a nice supermarket that opens from 8.00-22.00. There is a free parking lot in front of the door. We have a big garden where you can enjoy the morning sun. Please always communicate the check in time before you book.

The space
The room is in the ground floor of the house, around 12 m2 and has a large king size bed. The shower and separate toilet are in front of the room. No stairs required to access the guest bedroom and shared spaces.
Guests have access to the dining room and kitchen, but limited only to prepare simple meal, 1 time a day. We always clear 1 shelf in the fridge special for guests.

The neighborhood is in the green residential area. If you are tired of the busy city center, you can bike or walk around the neighborhood. It is close to a big park and lake where you can go on swimming, sunbathing or a picnic. The border to the countryside is very close where you can find farms and a windmill.
Several varieties of birds are flying around our backyard. In the spring and summer months you can hear them singing beautifully.
A small shopping area is within 4 minutes walk, with a nice supermarket that opens from 8.00-22.00. There are a restaurant-cafe and snack bars that open until late.
Feeling sporty and want to see Amsterdam in different point of view?
We have 2 bikes that you can rent with a small fee and deposit. Since bikes are easily get stolen in Amsterdam, you need to be very careful and always lock them attach to a bike stall.
