The space
The apartment is located on the third floor of the building. The building dates from 1926 and is completely renovated, but kept it's original details and charm. There is about 45 m2 living space in the apartment. This apartment is exclusively for shortstay guests . An extra bed is available on request (including baby bed).

Car parking in the neighbourhood is mainly paid but there are also free areas.

Supermarkets, and bistro's are very closeby. You can do your laundry two doors down the road. Close to Rotterdam Ahoy, which is famous for events, congresses, exhibitions and concerts. Direct connection with trams 20 and 25 to the City Centre, or alternatively one tram stop to good restaurants, bars and Pathe cinema close to the Feyenoord football stadium. To get there, walk towards the 'Mediamarkt' and then towards the traffic lights were you can get on to tram No. 23 ("Beverwaard").
