ClinkNoord - Bed in 10-bed dorm

ClinkNoord’s 10-bed dorm offers a no-frills, social base for solo travelers and backpackers who want to stretch their budget without sacrificing location. Each bunk comes with a reading light, USB port, and a small locker, while the hostel’s former laboratory setting—complete with a spacious atrium and lively bar—gives it a quirky, communal vibe. The shared bathroom and shower facilities are kept clean, and self check-in via smart lock means you can arrive anytime. For €41 a night, it’s a practical pick for those who prioritize exploring over privacy.

Oud-Noord sits across the IJ river from central Amsterdam, offering a quieter, more local feel than the tourist-packed city center. The free 24/7 ferry from Amsterdam Centraal Station drops you just 300 meters from the hostel, making Dam Square and the Royal Palace a quick 10-minute trip. This area is ideal for travelers who want easy access to major sights but prefer a neighborhood with fewer crowds and more authentic eateries.
