Clean, spacious, 2 bathroom LOFT

This spacious two-floor loft in Amsterdam’s Oostelijk Havengebied is ideal for families or groups of up to four who want a quiet, waterfront base with easy city access. The apartment features two bathrooms, a private fully fenced backyard, and room-darkening shades for restful sleep. A host greets you on arrival, and amenities like a washer, dryer, and cooking basics make longer stays hassle-free. The loft’s standout perk is its garage parking for two cars—rare in Amsterdam—plus a tram stop right outside that whisks you to the city center in 10 minutes. For a relaxed trip blending urban exploration with nearby nature walks, this loft offers a comfortable retreat with practical touches like luggage dropoff and children’s dinnerware.

The Oostelijk Havengebied and Indische Buurt area gives you a local, less touristy vibe with a mix of modern architecture and green spaces. Across the street, a small shopping center has groceries and daily essentials. The loft overlooks a park, and you’re steps from the IJ waterfront, where sailboats and walking paths lead into nature. The nearby IJburg district offers contemporary housing and a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for morning jogs or evening strolls by the water.
