Charming. Very well located family appartement

Charming historic but modern apartment located on a quiet canal. Around the corner you find the characteristic Prinseneiland with his old houses. The funniest shopping street in the Netherlands and the Jordan on a five minutes walk. Tram on the corner.

The space
Perfect family home.
It very pleasant to stay in the spacious living room with open kitchen. View on the canel. When the wether is good it's very nice to sit in the open window overlooking the canal.

Guest access
The entire apartment is available. A shared staircase takes you to your own private entrance. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and two bedrooms. You have complete privacy.

We especialy like to host families.

Other things to note
Extra bed is available at small cost.
For small children, in the age of climbing and scrambling ithe living room might not be secure. There is only a low wall between the living room and the stairs g

Our neighborhood offers a unique combination of tranquility and proximity to the nicest part of the city center. Our neighbourhood is quiet and sympathic - if you read Dutch you can borrow a book from our street library . You'll find a bakery, a small grocery store, bar, restaurants and large playground around the corner.
On Saturday, Monday and Wednesday charming markets within walking distance.
The opposite islands really deserve a scroll.
