Charming room near the centrum

It is a comfortable room with wifi and terras where you can sit
We have a cat in the house Its a nice neighbourhood ,close by the center. Around the corner the public transport. Lovely

The space
The house is on the groundfloor . The room is small but nice for one person .there is a door in the room to the terras where you can smoke
You can use our lovely kitchen to sit and eat
but i prefer no cooking because of theor risk off fire but you can use the microwave and you can take coffee or tea or sirop
And there is a nice terras
The water you can use from the tab
The dutchwater you can drink
There is a closet and a little desk to work on it
And wifi on the room.
the bathroom you share only with me
