Spacious, bright and quiet loft apartment in the heart of the city center, around the corner from the cozy catering industry on the most beautiful canal in The Hague, an 8-minute walk from the international train station, 15 minutes from seaside.

The space
Our house consists of two apartments that have been merged into one house. To make it easy we have given the different rooms a number and some a name. You will find it with the photos indicated on the map.
On the second floor there is a living room with an adjacent south-facing balcony, the balcony room (2.1). the PIP bedroom for max 4 persons (2.2), an NB bedroom for 2 persons (2.3). There is a bathroom with rain shower and toilet (2.4), a separate toilet with bidet facility (2.5) and a cheerful vintage kitchen (2.6). We offer space from 1 to 5 people.

Koninklijke wachtkamer sinds kort te bezichtigen voor het publiek. De Stationsbuurt behoort tot de buurten van Nederland die zijn omschreven als krachtwijk, prachtwijk, achterstandswijk en soms door mijn eigen dochter ook wel gekscherend the getto wordt genoemd. Als je van mensen houdt in al hun hoedanigheden,uit verschillende landen met hun gewoonten en gebruiken, het heerlijk vindt om eens rond te neuzen in hun winkels of te genieten van een heerlijke massage Turkse nekmassage bij de kapper die je oorharen in vuur en vlam zet, dan ben je hier zeker aan het goede adres.
Het appartementencomplex stamt uit de jaren dertig van de vorige eeuw en is ontworpen door Dirk Roosenburg, een vooraanstaand Nederlands architect, leerling van de beroemde architect Berlage. Het is één van de eerste sociale woningbouwprojecten waarin alle appartementen waren voorzien van centrale verwarming en een douche. Het water werd warm gestookt in het grote ketelhuis die, inclusief markante schoorsteen, nog
