Lovely neighborhood with big trees. Houses date from last decade 19th century, some have monumental status (ours has) to safeguard the architectonical quality.
In daytime the neighborhood is lively with nice cafes and restaurants, at night all quiet.
Plenty of shops nearby for all daily necessities and at walking distance lots of special and posh shops.
