It has recently (2014) been totally renovated, combining modern comfort with traditional monumental 17th century features, such as wooden ceiling beams. It has a splendid three windows view on the Brouwersgracht, one of the capital’s most beautiful and quiet canals.

This charming and comfortable apartment of 55 m2 is ideal for business and for leisure.

Canal View Amsterdam is beautifully located on the Brouwersgracht at the heart of the monumental 17th Century Canal Belt and on the border of the Jordaan. Brouwersgracht was dug in 1585. In 2007 the quiet and in all seasons splendid Brouwersgracht was choosen by the readers of the Amsterdam newspaper Het Parool as the most beautiful street of Amsterdam. In 2010 the Amsterdam Canal Belt area was placed on the UNESCO World Heritage list.
