Big luxurious appartement in Amsterdam

This bright and modern two-bedroom apartment in Amsterdam’s IJburg-Zeeburgereiland district is ideal for families or small groups of up to five seeking a quiet, residential base with easy city access. The area is a contemporary waterside neighborhood known for its parks, playgrounds, and family-friendly vibe—perfect for travelers who want to avoid the tourist crowds while staying connected via tram 26, which reaches Central Station in under eight minutes. The apartment itself is spread over two floors, with bedrooms and a luxury bathroom on the second level and an open-plan living and kitchen area on the third. Standout amenities include a sunny terrace with garden views, a fully equipped Siemens kitchen, board games for downtime, and free on-site parking—a rare find in Amsterdam. Practical touches like a hot water kettle, children’s dinnerware, and in-unit laundry make longer stays comfortable. While the single review gives a perfect 5.0 score, note the limited feedback; the host emphasizes cleanliness and space. For trip planning, this rental suits those who prioritize convenience over nightlife, with nearby supermarkets and tram stops for quick trips to museums, canals, or the central station.

IJburg and Zeeburgereiland are modern, car-friendly neighborhoods built on artificial islands in Amsterdam’s east. The area features wide streets, waterfront promenades, and local shops, with a relaxed atmosphere that contrasts the historic center. Tram 26 connects directly to Centraal Station, and the nearby Diemerpark offers green space for picnics or walks. While dining and nightlife are limited compared to central Amsterdam, you’ll find family-friendly cafes and a supermarket within walking distance. This is a great choice for visitors who want a quiet, residential base with easy access to the city’s main attractions.
