Bedroom on own floor with en-suite bathroom

New, luxury hotel-style bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate private toilet next to the room. Apart from the hallway, nothing is shared with the owner since we live in a separate apartment on the floor above. There is a laundry and drying facility you can use. Self-check-in with an electric key. Please note that smoking inside or using (soft) drugs is not allowed in or around the property. This is an ideal room for quiet tourists or people on business trips.

The space
The room is comfortable and has anything you need for a good night rest or a working space. It is perfect for a couple or one person. There is a TV with a Chromecast, a small fridge, coffee machine, water boiler, hairdryer, iron and a small vacuum cleaner. Towels, shampoo etc, coffee and tea are provided. There are no cooking or eating facilities.

The house is located in a recently built area, surrounded by green parks and close to a big lake where you can swim in the summer. Most neighbours are working couples or families. It is very quiet at night. For groceries or food, there are two shopping areas nearby.
