A beautiful studio with private entrance and balcony on the top floor of a classic 1930's canal-side building. The room is 24 m2 and has 2.68m ceilings (nearly 9 feet), hardwood floors, full kitchenette, and an ensuite bathroom with glass-enclosed shower. The entire southern wall consists of windows, so the studio is always flooded with light. Perfectly located on the border of De Pijp and Rivierenbuurt, close to trams and metro, three grocery stores, and dozens of shops and restaurants.

Rivierenbuurt is a beautiful neighborhood, with long, stately avenues and the best examples of Amsterdam School architecture in the Netherlands. Guests can use the picnic table next to the canal in front of the building and watch the boats go by. There are two parks with playgrounds - Beatrixpark and Sarphatipark - nearby and the studio is a short walk to the many restaurants, shops and cafes in Rivierenbuurt, De Pijp, and Old South. The famous Albert Cuypmarkt in De Pijp is a 15-minute walk and it takes only 20-25 minutes to walk to the Museumplein, where all the major museums (such as the Van Gogh Museum) are located.
