It's 5 minutes walking from Amstel station, which provides transportation in approximately 15 minutes to the historic city center by tram, subway and train.

The space
The ground floor is one large open space of approximately 70 m2 which consists of 5 areas:
1. Entry hall (with seperate toilet) which is accessed through the little front garden where you can have your morning coffee in the sun
2. Fully-equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area. The kitchen includes: a side-by-side fridge, dishwasher, and oven/furnace and a microwave, nespresso koffee maker and a water boiler. The kitchen/dining area also provides acces

Our house is located in the south-east of the city center in the quiet Amsterdam neighbourhood the "Watergraafsmeer".

It is located very close to the romantic Amstel river where you can find nice river-side restaurants and go for a stroll or join the locals for jogging.

5 minutes walking from our house is a very large playground for kids (speeltuin Amsteldorp) and also 5 minutes walking is park Frankendael, with several playgrounds and of course nice for a stroll/jog. 10 Min walking from our house the Amstel river is accessible for swimming and there is a large meadow where your can work on your suntan(see pictures).
