3 Bedroom- Dream House close to City centre/Vondel

Lovely, cosy (child friendly) house with garden in old-west, just in between Leidse Plein and Vondel park. We have 3 bedrooms and place for 5 guests. Everything is close by- the city centre, all museums (museum area is just around the corner), the canals/ Jordaan. Also a lot of nice (grocery) shops and restaurants. Tram stops at the end of the street.

The space
Ground floor:
Our house is situated on ground floor. We have one spacious living area: at the front a nice big cosy couch where you can watch Netflix/HBO max or just relax. At the back we have a large rural and fully equipped kitchen (we are hobby cooks ourselves) next to a big dinner table where you can enjoy each meal.

Garden:

The apartment is located in the popular neighborhood Oud-West. You are assured of a diversity of nice boutiques, restaurants and trendy cafes within walking distance. Prefer to relax? The famous Vondelpark is literally around the corner, here you can enjoy various relaxation options that the park offers.

Within a few minutes you are right in the center on the Leidseplein (500 meters) where all the action is located. Rather visit museums like "van Gogh" or "Rijksmusuem"? Just take a 10-minute walk. The canals and the Jordaan (600 meters) are also very close.

Within easy reach, the tram on the Overtoom takes you everywhere you would like to go.
