Spacious loft in quaint area, close to city&beach

This stylish place to stay is perfect for couples or for one person. Great location: only a 15-min bike ride to the beach, 10 min to the center, and 30 min from the airport. Surrounded by green, this spacious residential loft is very tranquil while being close to all conveniences, e.g. the shops. The apartment has recently been stylishly refurbished and you'll find it fully equipped. I also have two cards you can use for public transportation in town.

The space
The apartment is on the second floor. When you enter the house, you walk straight into the large living room with an open kitchen. To the left of the entrance is the bathroom and a washing machine behind the French doors. In the back you'll find the bedroom, away from the street.

Parking
There is always sufficient room for parking. You can park in front of the house under the following restrictions:
Sat & Sun: Free parking
Mon-Fri: 0900-1400 at 2 euro per

Lively, yet quaint area
My house sits in the lively 'Bezuidenhout' area, straight across from a historic courtyard. A 2-min walk takes you to the Theresiastraat which is full of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and other useful stores.
Walk another 2 minutes and you find yourself in the 'Haagse Bos', the park that used to be part of the King's palace - nowadays open to the public. This is the perfect place to unwind, go for a stroll, or seek some coolness on a hot summer day.

Beach
You have access to the beach through the Haagse Bos (25 min) or in a straight line (15 min).

Airport/Amsterdam
Train station Den Haag Laan van NOI is a 10 minute walk. Every 15 minutes a train departs to the airport (20 min) and Amsterdam (30 min).
