Spacious & light appt between centre and beach

Open for long stay rental too.
Pretty recently renovated and fully equipped appartement on 2nd floor, where I would live myself if not away and thus open for rent. Bright and spacious living with high ceiling- kitchen with equipment, herbs & stuff, open plan bathroom with big bathtub (towels inc), double bed bedroom and a balcony with afternoon & evening sun. Trams to train stations, city centre and the beach (Zuiderstrand) around the corner as well as bike rental (my old rusty one on request).

The space
Jaren ‘20 woning, geheel voor jezelf. Perfect voor bijv een rustig stel. In overleg kan er een luchtbed in de woonkamer (voor bijv kinderen)- deze is echter niet goed te verduisteren.
Open-plan badkamer met fijn ligbad.
Geen tv aanwezig, wel goede WiFi. Twee vrij stijle trappen op voor binnenkomst. Supermarkten, restaurantjes, winkelstraat, bakker etc op loopafstand, strand en stad goed per tram of fiets bereikbaar.
