Spacious attic room in mansion on a stylish canal

Room with a lot of space (30 m2 / 6,5 x 4,5 m) in modern mansion (built 2010) at a quiet canal. Excellent location: walking into the centre takes 6 minutes, China Town 5 and the famous Haagse Markt 7 minutes. Parking in front of the house €1/hour. Two extra tall electrically adjustable beds (220 cm); extra mattresses present as well as a children's crib. Families are welcome. Guests have a private toilet and shower and there is a extra room with a tap, water cooker and DeLonghi coffee machine.

The space
The (bed)room is on the third floor of the house, so guests have to climb three flights of stairs. On this floor there is a laundry room with sanitary block that guests can use. The other enclosed space on the floor is for storage. Although guests enter through the communal front door and have to use the stairs also used by the family, they have plenty of privacy on the third floor where no one else is present and nobody will enter.
