A large living room with kitchen. On the kitchen side is a small balcony with 3 seats.

In the kitchen there is a very large dining table with couch where you can linger.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, large 6-burner gas stove with oven, a combi microwave and all kitchen utensils.
In the living room a 3-sofa and 2 armchairs, TV with Netflix and DVD player.

At the rear is the master bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe with space for hanging clothes.
Also in the rear a children's bedroom with a single bed. (90 x 1.90 m)

The house is in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood with many families with children.
Immediately around the corner there are some local shops with 2 bakeries, a drugstore, an ice cream parlor with delicious ice cream, a cafeteria and a large supermarket that can be seen from the balcony.
There are also 2 playgrounds nearby. One on the ‘Irisplein’ and one behind ‘Kruidvat’ on the ‘Blauwe Druifjespad’.
A little further is the ‘Fahrenheitstraat’ with even more shops, including Hema.

But the most beautiful thing is that you can walk to the most beautiful dune area in The Hague with a short 10-minute walk (via the Kwartellaan). The Westduin Park where Scottish Highlanders graze. Another 10 minutes walk and you are at the quiet and beautiful Zuiderstrand. This is the beach of the locals in contrary to the beach of Scheveningen.
