The apartment was built in the early 20th century and retains many original details. The kitchen and hallway are largely original with wooden cabinets, a terrazzo kitchen counter and floor. In the back garden there is a seating area.

The neighbourhood (and particularly my street) is very quiet with hardly any traffic. There is a supermarket and snack bar on the square around the corner. At the bottom of the street is a small restaurant. Several quirky shopping streets are within a few minutes walk with small artisanal shops, coffee shops, and restaurants that cover a wide variety of cuisines.
