Room next to the sea and more

I'm renting a room in my apartment with double-size bed for your short stay (max 2 months) close to the beach, the dunes and the harbor.

I offer discount for 1 week (10% off) 1 month (45%off) 2 months (48%off)

Tram and bus stop 200 meters away and a supermarket next by.
You will share the apartment with me, my daughter, my cat and my son might swing by sometimes.

I prefer *female only*

The room has high speed wi-fi and a big 50 inch tv with all the streaming apps available.

The space
The bedroom is not very big but it has a big, comfortable bed.
You can use the wardrobe and drawers there as they're empty.

Guest access
The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with me but the toilet is for your exclusive use.
When I am home I am mostly using the living room so i will reserve that mainly for me.
