Private room in shared flat. note: there's cats.

Green and centrally-located shared place. You will share the flat with a woman who just returned from SEAsia and works from home with her 2 cats. It is a cosy and nice flat, and I am happy to host guests!
Please note that even though the cats are not allowed to go inside the guestroom, they are in all shared spaces.
The stairs upto the topfloor where the guestroom is, is not accessible to people with mobility issues.

The space
The top floor where the guestroom is located, also has a bath tub and toilet. The floor below is where the host lives and where the shared spaces are: large livingroom, kitchen, balcony and entrance.
The TV is in the livingroom.

Warmly invited to make use of the shared spaces.

Other things to note
There are two indoor cats who are not allowed in the guestroom. They are indoor cats, litter boxes are in the private spaces of the host.

License number

This is a green, residential area, a 5 mins walk from the Haagse bos where the residence of the royal family is.
The flat is around the corner of Theresiastreet which is full of shops, coffeeshops and terraces.
