In lively area of Bezuidenhout I offer a renovated etage on the fourth floor, equipped with new facilities and situated just around the corner of a shopping area, supermarket across the street. No kitchen, however microwave, Nespresso machine and water cooker available. Two railway stations on walking distance. The airport Schiphol is only 29 minutes by train. Amsterdam central station is only 48 minutes by train. Public transport is very close to my house. The center is on walking distance.

The space
A masterbedroom with a super comfortable new kingsize bed 1.80 x 2.00 (Auping). There's also a lovely living area with two sofas, a fridge and a brand new HD tv with lots of channels. No kitchen available, but there's a microwave, Nespresso machine and a water boiler. Supermarket and take away options are around the corner.

The bathroom has recently been renovated and has a bath, separate rain-shower and a toilet.
