Classic apartment with contemporary interior located in the Bloemenbuurt. Close to Scheveningen and stop streetcar 3 to downtown The Hague. Parks, forests and dunes within walking distance. Several stores, restaurants and playgrounds nearby. The house has 1 bedroom with a double bed plus a room that can be closed off for a baby bed. Open kitchen to the living and dining room, a semi-enclosed home office and a partially indoor spacious balcony, separate toilet and a recently renovated bathroom.

The space
Spacious apartment on the second floor of building from 1922. Private entrance via porch (stairs). High ceilings with large windows for lots of natural light. Good insulation. Kitchen with modern appliances. Comfortable bed. Maximalist furnishings.

Guest access
The apartment is fully accessible to guests. In good faith my personal belongings are in the space. 1 room in the apartment is yet to be refurbished and has no function at this time.

A fifteen-minute bike ride from the city center and the Hague beach resorts of Kijkduin and Scheveningen is a lively, pre-war residential neighborhood with a mix of homes in different architectural styles. You will find many flats and porch houses, but also a fair number of single-family houses and downstairs and upstairs dwellings. Characteristic of the neighborhood are the fourteen squares.

The Fahrenheitstraat, Thomsonlaan and Thomsonplein are the places to store and do your daily shopping. Here you will find the finest cheeses, the most delicious breads and fresh fish. You can also enjoy a snack and a drink in one of the cozy cafes or restaurants such as: Bagels & Beans, Burrata or Brasserie Beekink & Co. On the Goudsbloemlaan you will find a large supermarket and several (fresh) specialty stores.

The Bloemenbuurt has a lot of green. Along the Segbroeklaan is a wide green strip with the Haagse Beek and walking paths. And for a walk through the dunes you won't
