Spacious house with big, sunny garden. Situated in a quiet neighborhood but by foot, bike or public transport only a few minutes away from popular restaurants and bars. Also, the house is very close to the beach, the beautiful sunsets certainly will give you positive vibes.

The space
The house has a light living room and seperate dining room, which makes it feel very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need (fridge, stove, dishwasher, large oven etc.), including a high quality coffee maker and fresh roasted beans to start your day with. Also there is a rain shower, WiFi, TV, washing machine and dryer. All the rooms are situated on the ground floor. In the spacious garden you can lounge in the sitting area.
