This beautiful standing-alone house with a backyard is located in a very quiet area in the heart of the Statenkwartier district. The Hague beach is just a few minutes away by foot, and it will take you 15 minutes to reach the city center by public transport. The house can accommodate up to 9 people.

The space
The house has two levels.
The house can accommodate up to 9 people with the following sleeping arrangement:
- Three double beds in three separate bedrooms (one downstairs and two upstairs). The bed downstairs is 200x140 cm, and the beds upstairs are 200x180 cm
- One single bed in the walk-through room (leading from the sitting room to the backyard)
- One couch in the sitting room, which transforms into a sleeping place where two people can sleep comfortably

- The kitchen is on the ground floor and it is equipped with all the necessary utensils (pots, pans, frying pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), coffee machine, microwave, ga

The neighborhood is very quiet. The shopping street where you can buy groceries and food, clothes, toiletries, etc. is just 5-7 min walk away.
